The joke of the day on thetrucker.com website is about golf and could be one to share with friends down the club.
People who want to repeat the full version of the yarn may wish to check out the website for themselves but, in short, it centres around a magic ball.
A couple of men are in a golf shop - one of them is a salesman and the other is looking to purchase some equipment.
The vendor claims to have a ball that can never be lost, even if it hits water. Apparently, it will always spin back towards the player if it disappears.
Moreover, the ball has a bleeping sound, so can be located even if it gets stuck in the middle of a wooded area.
The buyer cannot quite believe what he is hearing and purchases the ball instantly, asking the salesman: "Where did you get it?" He replies: "I found it."
