If you're ready to take the next step, our application process is easy. Once you've decided on the location and position you are interested in, simply follow the steps below to complete our application form. Depending on the role and your own circumstances, we should be able to take you from your initial application to starting with us in about six to eight weeks.

At any time, please feel free to call in at one of our stores and speak to the Store Management team, who will be able to tell you a little about working for american golf and what vacancies are available.

How the recruitment process works

Once you've selected the role and location you'd like to apply for you will need to download and complete our application form.

Please note we advertise all our store vacancies until they are filled or sufficient applicants have applied and the role is likely to be filled. This may on occasion mean that the role you have applied for is withdrawn soon after your application. However all application forms will be held on file for 6 months.

We also advertise all our Head Office vacancies on the website. A list of all our vacancies is found on the Career Vacancies Section

You can continue to check our website to review current vacancies and contact the Human Resources Department if you spot a particular position that you are interested in.

The application form

Take some time to complete the application form; including all information you feel is relevant to the post; this may be specific retail or golfing experience, or simply a passion for the game and the motivation to work for a progressive company.

In order for your application to be considered you must complete an application form and submit it to the HR Team at our Head Office at the following address:

Once you have sent us your application, the HR team will manage the recruitment process with the store/department through to the induction of the new starter.

Please note if you have not heard back from us within four weeks please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.

Face-to-face interview

This stage is conducted by the recruiting manager, typically at the location where the role will be. The interview will focus on your skills and experiences and how they match with our requirements. There will also be a chance for you to ask any questions you have about the role.

You will be advised of our decision within 7 days of the interview. If you are successful, you will be invited to join an initial induction course that will tell you everything you need to know to get you started.

Speculative CVs

If you don’t find a vacancy in your area, please forward your CV to us anyway, we will keep it for 6 months or until a vacancy comes up in your nearest store
