Approximately 60 colleagues work at our Head Office and Distribution Centre, consisting of our Chief Executive, Finance Director and our Senior Management Team, who oversee the management of the following departments: Buying and Merchandising, Marketing, Human Resources, IT and Finance.
Buying and Merchandising
This department deals with the supply chain of our products. The team ensure that the right products are purchased from our suppliers at a price that will benefit our customers and the business.
Positions within this department: Buyers, Merchandisers & Purchase Order Clerks
Marketing
Working alongside senior management, the team develop marketing strategies and help implement them, custom-designed to meet business needs. The implementation includes all aspects from point of sale, advertising and direct marketing as well as analysis of campaigns and the market place.

Human Resources
The role of HR is to ensure that we recruit and retain great colleagues and build great teams. The team provide an advisory support service to managers and colleagues regarding all employment issues, provide training and development for all employees and develop company policy and procedures. HR also supports strategic projects to ensure that we achieve our business objectives.
Positions within this department: Payroll, Administration, HR Advisor & Training Manager
IT
IT provides a service to the whole business through its support and maintenance of all PC and network equipment. This includes investigating and developing business/departmental computer based systems throughout the company, providing a helpdesk support facility for use by all stores and the purchase and disposal of hardware and software.

Finance
The Finance department encompasses Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Inventory Control and Internal and External financial reporting. The Finance Department helps the business by creating the financial and analytical reports necessary for the company to make key business decisions.
