There are approximately 400 colleagues employed in our stores. The stores are at the forefront of our business and the efforts of our store colleagues are of paramount importance in this competitive market. There are now over 70 stores in the United Kingdom stretching as far north as Inverness and as far south as Bournemouth.
Stores are divided into geographical regions, each managed by a Regional Sales Manager. Within each store the sales team consists of a Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Sales Advisor and Sales Advisors. We also operate a Trainee Management scheme in selected stores.
Regional Sales Manager
In this challenging role you are responsible for a number of stores within a region. The emphasis is on leading and coaching your teams to deliver fantastic service and operational excellence. You will have ownership of all recruitment activity and support managers to build skills, knowledge and experience.
Store Manager
This is one of our most rewarding roles. You will need to be enthusiastic, inspirational and a results orientated individual who can lead a sale focused team. You will oversee everything from launching new products to managing and motivating your team. You will ensure the smooth running of the store, whilst creating an exciting environment to maximise every customer visit.
Assistant Manager
A key support to the Store Manager, you will be expected to deputise in their absence. You will help to motivate and encourage the team. You will ensure that customer appointments, messages and enquires are dealt with speedily and professionally. As an Assistant Manager we will develop the skills you need to progress to the next level.
Trainee Manager
As a Trainee Manager you will undergo an intensive six-month programme. This incorporates on the job training and attending courses designed to provide key management skills. This position requires flexibility, as you will experience placements in various stores nationwide, with an appropriate position at the end of the course.
Senior Sales Advisor & Sales Advisor
As a key member of the store team you will be able to work with the Store Manager to help promote best sellers and to ensure that customers are served courteously.
You will be sales driven with a passion for golf and offer key product knowledge to our customers. You can choose the hours and days that suit you, as these roles are available on both full and part time contracts.
With all roles a knowledge or passion for the game of golf is preferable but not essential.
