We regularly check our salaries against other retailers to make sure we are competitive. In order to keep up with any changes in the market, we will review your basic pay every year. Colleague Discount
All colleagues are entitled to purchase products from the stores at up to 25% discount on hardware and golf apparel. This discount applies to all colleagues who are working for american golf at the time of purchase.
Holiday Entitlement
We offer 22 days holiday plus bank holidays for all employees, rising to 23 days after 5 years service and 24 days after 10 years.
