On the Job Training
The majority of the training opportunities we offer our store colleagues are on the job. This helps you to learn in ‘real life’ situations, where you have the benefit of our support and regular review meetings with your manager.
We believe all our colleagues are amongst the most professional, highly trained and motivated people in golf retail. This success is attributed to our extensive weekly store focused training. Training is also conducted by the largest golf equipment manufacturers for all our store colleagues such as: Ping, Callaway, Nike and TaylorMade to name a few
This ensures american golf colleagues are up to date with the latest technological developments and club specifications.
Professional Training
As well as providing in-house training, we offer our employees the opportunity to gain professional qualification with the PGA and EGTF and other relevant professional bodies.
