You’ll need to set up an online account here using the email address linked to your Club card. You will then be able to see your account including your instore purchase history.
I have an online account but no physical Club card
Please visit your nearest store, where a store colleague will be pleased to sign you up for a card. You’ll need to use the same email address you have registered on your online account so that you can see all of your instore purchases when you check your account online. If you are unable to visit us instore, please call the Club helpline on 0808 146 7565 for assistance.
I have both an online account and a physical Club card but they do not seem to be connected
Please check that you’re using the same email address online as you have registered with your physical Club card. If you are unsure which email address your Club card is registered to, please visit us instore, call the Club helpline on 0808 146 7565 or club@americangolf.co.uk and we will be able to help you. If you’re using the same email address but are still having issues, please call 0151 224 7140.

How do I see my instore history online?
If it’s the first time you have logged in online you will need to register your Club card. You’ll find the link on the “My Account” page. Simply enter the same email address registered to your store Club card and you will be able to see your instore purchases on the “My Account” page. If you are unsure which email address your Club card is registered to, please visit us instore, call the Club helpline on 0808 146 7565 or email club@americangolf.co.uk and we will be able to help you.
I can’t remember if I added my date of birth when I signed up. How will I get my birthday voucher?
To make sure you don’t miss out on your birthday voucher, please add your date of birth to your account. You can do this by visiting us instore, calling the Club helpline on 0808 146 7565 or emailing club@americangolf.co.uk.

How do I know when my accounts are linked?
When your accounts are linked you will be able to see your instore purchases on the “My Account” page.
I have lost my Club card – what can I do?
Please visit us instore to pick up a new card or call the Club helpline on 0808 146 7565 and we will arrange for a new card to be sent out to you.
How will my birthday voucher be delivered?
Your birthday voucher will be sent to you by email. You can check that we have the correct email address by visiting us instore, calling the Club helpline on 0808 146 7565 or emailing club@americangolf.co.uk. Please allow at least 5 days after your birthday before contacting us if your voucher does not arrive.
How will my free golf vouchers be delivered?
Your free golf vouchers will be sent to you by email three times a year. You can check that we have the correct email address by visiting us instore, calling the Club helpline on 0808 146 7565 or emailing club@americangolf.co.uk. Don’t forget to add American Golf to your email safe list to make sure your voucher emails reach you.
How will I know what member offers are available
All member offers will be highlighted on our website or with point of sale instore
How do I book a lesson?
