I returned an item - has it arrived yet?
We usually process our returns within a day of receiving them. We will contact you straight away by email to confirm the outcome. If you have not heard from us within 3 working days of your expected delivery date of your item to arrive at our warehouse please let us know or contact your chosen delivery courier.
When do I need to order to receive my clubs in time for the weekend?
If you are having your order delivered to the UK you can order up until 4pm on Friday and still receive an order on Saturday providing you have selected our Saturday Delivery option. To receive an order on a Friday, the order must be placed by 4pm on the Thursday, selecting Next Working Day delivery option. Orders placed on our Standard Delivery service must be placed by 4pm on Monday to be guaranteed delivery by the weekend; that is, by Friday. Please be aware that orders placed on our Next Working Day Service between 4pm on Friday and 4pm Monday will be delivered on the Tuesday. Please be aware that although our shop is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, we only ship orders during office hours, which are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm and Saturday's (10.00am to 2.00pm)
In order to guarantee delivery for the following weekend orders must be placed by 4pm on the following days of the previous week.
Thursday: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia
Friday: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
Which courier do you use?
For all the website deliveries throughout the UK and the rest of Europe we use DPD. DPD is a member of one of Europe's leading services groups, GeoPost. It is owned by La Poste, the second largest postal group in Europe. For further information please visit our Shipping and Delivery page.
Can I choose when during the day my parcel will be delivered?
Generally, deliveries are made on the next working day following despatch from our Warehouse and deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 8pm. For priority deliveries you can select our Next Working Day service. To make use of this service orders must be received by 6pm. Orders shipped on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
We offer a Saturday Day service and to use this service orders must be received by 4pm Friday. Also we have on offer a service where you can choose any future delivery date.
Please be aware that service restrictions apply to certain postcodes, these restrictions can be viewed on the Shipping and Delivery section.
You may use the special instructions box in the checkout section of the website to request that the courier leaves your delivery with a neighbour or in a secure area within your property. Please be aware that if you do choose this option neither the Courier nor american golf will accept responsibility.
We strongly advise that you use a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for your goods, such as a work address, friend or relative. By doing this you are able to ensure that you receive your order with minimal fuss or maximum speed.
Please note that we do not allow collections from our Carrier's depots. If for any reason you need your delivery address changed then you should email email@example.com who will contact you to discuss your changes. For further assistance then please phone the Aftersales team on 01512 247140.
What happens if I miss the couriers when they deliver?
Follow any special delivery instructions you have given e.g. leave with a neighbour or leave in the garage. Please note that neither american golf nor the Courier can be held responsible should the delivery go missing.
Leave a card with their contact details so you will be able to rearrange the delivery. Please note that we do not allow collections from our carrier's depots.

I live in a VAT exempt area - how do I get the VAT removed from my order?
If you live in one of these areas, such as the Channel Islands, the VAT is automatically removed during the checkout process. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide documentation for VAT Refunds on products delivered within the UK, that will subsequently be taken abroad.
I've made an error on my order - how do I change it?
As long as we have not processed your order it can be changed if needed. Please log into your account and make the required changes, alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I cancel my order?
Provided we have not processed your order, it can be cancelled. Please email email@example.com as soon as possible with the order number and we will cancel the order as long as it isn't too late and the order is still in pending status.
However our returns policy allows goods to be returned as long as they are unused and in their original packaging; we allow up to 30 days after the order is placed for a full refund or exchange.
