Parcels are attempted to be delivered before 2PM, if unsuccessful the
parcels are left at a local collection point, the Consignee will be contacted with the appropriate address.
There are 3 depots in Finland that handle B2C parcel differently to that described above namely, Turku, Tampere & Vantaa where the consignee will be contacted and instructed their parcel is ready for collection from a designated collection point. The parcel will be held for 14 days at the collection point, If parcel not claimed in 14 days it will be returned to the consignor.
