Yonex VM-X Graphite #3 Fairway Wood
New for 2009, the Yonex VM-X Graphite 3 Fairway Wood has been engineered using Yonex’s HS6000 carbon graphite shaft that uses a hi-stability technology for improved accuracy from the fairway and the tee. The VM-X range creates greater distance using their Centrifugal Force System (CFS) for added stability and club head speed to ensure a powerful impact for penetrating response.
The V-Slot technology found in the Drivers has been reinforced in the fairway woods to softly lower the centre of gravity further back in the club head for the perfect distance enhancing trajectory giving you the hottest ball flight available. An additional tungsten weight also adds to the lower centre of gravity to help square the face at impact for arrow straight shots that stay on target throughout their ball flight, giving you improved accuracy.
The Yonex VM-X also uses an aero pentagon club head shape which considerably reduces the air resistance around the club head for greater stability and speed throughout the swing for consistent powerful shots when attacking par 5’s or escaping from heavy rough. Yonex golf have created one of the most technically advanced fairway metals on the market, the VM-X which delivers excellent launch from a variety of lies allowing you to get closer to the green on a number of long distance approaches.
