The Approach S4 hi-res touchscreen GPS golf watch provides more performance and freedom with over 39,000 preloaded courses around the world, free lifetime course updates and 25% more battery life for up to 10 hours of GPS on the golf course. The stylish S4 is lightweight and comfortable, with a high-sensitivity GPS receiver for precise distance to the front, back and middle of greens, plus layup and dogleg distances. New on S4, a dedicated button gets you straight to the Green View screen, with manual pin positioning, and the Smart Notification feature informs you discreetly about incoming emails, texts and alerts from your smartphone.

Garmin Connect Compatible

The Garmin S4 GPS is compatible with Garmin Connect to give you the ability to review rounds and see performance statistics before and after play, as well as the ability to share scores with your fellow golfers. Garmin Connect shows hole by hole details for your favourite courses so you can see where to improve your game and view your Dream Score on each course. Dream Score is what you would score if you hit your best score from each individual hole all in one round. The Scorecard feature allows you to view and share your scorecards and keep track who you’ve played with. You can also see the number of fairways hit, greens in regulation and number of putts for that round. Garmin Connect also keeps track of your stats and track of your progress over time. Track your longest shots, view your average score by par, overall fairways hit percentage, overall greens in regulation percentage and average putts. Garmin Connect will take your golf to the next level.

Track Your Stats

The enhanced stats tracking feature keeps track of fairways hit, greens in regulation and putts per round. Not only can you check your stats during the round, but you also can download and print them from your computer

Layup Distances

Course management is key – especially if you haven’t played a course before. Layup distances shows you the distances you need with yardages to doglegs and other hazards on the course.

Green View

In this mode, you are shown the true shape and layout of greens so even if you have an obstructed view, you’ll know where to aim. Plus, you can touch and drag the pin to the day's location

Multiple scoring options

The Garmin Approach doubles as a digital scorecard with scoring options for Stroke Play and Stableford (not handicap scoring).
