IF DANNY WINS YOU WIN 2016 PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To participate in this promotion, you must be aged 18 or over and you must be a resident of England, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight.
2. By participating in this promotion you agree to be bound by all of the promotion’s terms and conditions.
3. To qualify for the promotion you must purchase a Callaway Great Big Bertha Driver or a Callaway XR16 Driver or a Callaway Big Bertha Alpha Driver (inclusive of VAT) from an American Golf Store or from americangolf.co.uk or from americangolf.eu between Monday 20th June and the end of Wednesday 13th July 2016. Purchases made outside of this period will not be eligible. Your store purchase receipt, or online order confirmation email, defines the time and date of your purchase. Please store your store receipt or online order confirmation email safely after your purchase.
4. If Danny Willet wins the 2016 Open Championship at Royal Troon, online purchasers of qualifying products from americangolf.co.uk or americangolf.eu within the qualifying period will be contacted via email by Tuesday 19th July. Refunds will be processed by the same method of payment as the original purchase, by Friday 29th July. Refunds for online purchases cannot be claimed in store. Store purchasers should visit any American Golf store within the promotion period with the same method of payment as the original purchase. Qualifying customers must have a valid American Golf receipt and will be paid as one total amount, in one payment, directly into to the purchaser. Refunds for store purchases cannot be claimed online.
5.Please note that refunds will not be given if you have previously cancelled your order for your Callaway Driver or if you have previously received a refund for your Callaway Driver.
