Tiger Woods is one of the greatest golfers of all time. Since turning pro in 1996, he has racked up an incredible 95 tournament wins worldwide, including 71 wins on the PGA Tour. His 14 Major titles – four Masters Tournaments, four PGA Championships and three Open Championships – rank him second of all time, behind 18-time Major winner Jack Nicklaus. In 2001, Tiger became the only ever player in history to hold all four professional Majors simultaneously after victory at The Masters, where the accomplishment became known as the “Tiger Slam.” Tiger is also only the second player (again with Nicklaus) to win the career grand slam three times, and he tops the career money list on the PGA Tour with nearly 95 million dollars in winnings.

Tiger was ranked number one in the world golf rankings for the most consecutive weeks (281), and the most weeks overall (623). He has been named PGA Tour Player of the Year a staggering ten times (another record), and became the youngest ever Master champion in history with his famous win in 1997 at the age of just 21 years, 3 months and 14 days.
