How to play the perfect draw by Charley Hull

Powered by National Club Golfer

Many amateur golfers would love to be able to play the draw. It’s the shot we see the tour pros hit and wish we could replicate it. It is true that most amateurs struggle with slicing the ball - often with the ball finishing up to the right. But as Ladies European Tour star Charley Hull explains, we have to face our fears and actually aim to the right.

A common fault is to aim left in a bid to compensate for the slice which only makes us cut across the ball even more. The other key factor is to make sure we release our hands through the ball and really turn the wrists over to give it that draw spin.
