Come into store and meet our friendly staff, who will talk you through our Custom Fitting process to make sure you get the perfect equipment, and then ask them about which finance options may be available. Depending on the value of your purchase (which must be a minimum of £250), you may be able to spread the cost of your purchase over 6, 12 or even 18 months, with no deposit or interest to pay. All you will pay is the value of your original purchase provided you make all of your repayments on time!

All finance agreements are a contract between you “the customer” and V12 finance

To apply for finance you must be:
  • At least 18 years old.
  • A permanent UK resident.
  • In regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employed, or living with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment.
  • In receipt of a pension if you are retired.
  • Able to confirm sufficient income if you are registered disabled.
Credit is not available to:
  • Any customer not able to satisfy all of the above conditions.
  • Any Director, Partner or Sole Trader looking to use credit to purchase goods to supply their own business.

Finance orders will only be shipped to the address given in your finance application, irrespective of making the purchase in any of our Retail Stores or via any of our Websites.

If purchasing online, you will not be offered Finance when you choose any of our “Shop Online Collect in Store” services.

The purchase of Giftcards is not permitted using any of our finance options.

Purchases using finance cannot be used in conjunction with our Price Match offer, unless the requested Price Match is offered by a competitor who has made the offer in writing, using a like for like Credit facility.

Credit can only be used to complete a purchase in conjunction with our Trade In offer, if the value of the purchase exceeds £250, after the value of the Trade-In has been deducted from the total basket value.

Dependent upon the finance option chosen, the minimum order value is £250, the maximum permissible spend is £15,000.

You can return items purchased using finance, if they meet with the conditions of our returns policy. If the item is to be credited, it will take V12 between 3-5 days to cancel finance and your deposit and previous payments will be refunded to your account.

Please note: you will not receive a credit for an item purchased using finance, if the value of the item returned is below the minimum spend of your finance agreement. In these circumstances, a like for like replacement product will be supplied.

Under the consumer credit act, customers have the legal right to cancel their financial credit agreement within fourteen days from the signatory date. This excludes all items which have been specified as requiring customisation of any kind, which must be taken by the customer and paid for in full.

How do I track my order?

We ship all of our orders on fully trackable services. You will receive an email with a link to your tracking, as soon as your order is dispatched from our Distribution Centre. You can also see instructions on how to track your purchase by visiting our Order Tracking page here.

How do I return something?

We want to make shopping with us as easy as possible. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from the american golf website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If you choose to return your item(s) to one of our stores, please ensure that you take your confirmation email with you so that you receive the correct refund. Please note that orders paid for with PayPal or Amazon Pay, can only be returned in store for credit or exchange. What happens if I miss the couriers when they deliver?

To make your orders as secure as possible, all of our deliveries require a signature. If you miss the delivery of your order, the courier will attempt to deliver it to a neighbour. If this cannot be done, the courier will leave you a card informing you that a delivery has been attempted, with information about what will happen next. The courier may try to redeliver or another day, or you may be given options to choose new delivery options.

I've made an error on my order - how do I change it?

If we have not begun processing your order for delivery, we are able to make changes to the products you have selected. Please contact our Aftersales team as soon as possible, between 8am and 8pm (GMT) on weekdays and 9am till 1pm (GMT) on Saturdays by calling 0151 224 7140

If we have started processing your order for delivery, unfortunately we are unable to make changes prior to shipping.

How do I cancel my order?

If we have not begun processing your order for delivery, we are able to cancel it and you will not be charged. Please contact our Aftersales team as soon as possible, between 8am and 8pm (GMT) on weekdays and 9am till 1pm (GMT) on Saturdays by calling 0151 224 7140

If we have started processing your order for delivery, don’t worry. Our returns policy allows goods to be returned up to 30 days after you receive your order, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
