1. Purchase any new Motocaddy electric trolley with Lithium battery between 02.11.15 and 24.12.15 to be eligible to claim a Cashback Reward (paid by way of bank transfer). 2. The Cashback Reward will be set at £50.00 for UK purchases and €60.00 for ROI purchases. 3. Participants must be a UK or ROI resident and have a UK (for sterling claims) or ROI (for euro claims) bank account in order to receive the Cashback Reward. 4. This promotion is only available to end-users (i.e. not to any reseller). 5. After purchase of an eligible Promotional Product participants should visit www.motocaddy.com/cashback to proceed with a claim. This will take you through the process of registering your product warranty and printing a completed Cashback Reward redemption claim form. 6. Cashback Reward redemption claim forms must be posted with a copy of Proof of Purchase to arrive with Motocaddy within 14 days of purchase date. 7. Proof of Purchase must be printed receipt produced by the retailer – hand written receipts will not be accepted. 8. Subject to completion of a valid Cashback Reward claim, the Cashback Reward payment will be made by Motocaddy within 30 days of receipt of postal application. 9. Duplicate claims against individual trolley serial numbers or incorrect serial numbers will be rejected and queries must be taken up with your retailer. 10. Promotion available by redemption only - not available at point of purchase. 11. Any claims for purchases outside the promotion dates are invalid. 12. Cashback Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or product. 13. Motocaddy reserves the right to disqualify claims which do not comply with the full terms and conditions.
