Titleist's new Vokey Design Spin Milled line of wedges can 'have a prominent affect on better players' ability to shoot lower scores'.
At least that is the opinion of Steve Pelisek, general manager of Titleist Golf Clubs, who believes that the new range of clubs blends technology and craftsmanship in an ideal way.
In a statement from the golf equipment manufacturer, it is suggested that the Vokey Design clubs are the 'most comprehensive' Spin Milled line there has ever been.
Mr Pelisek added: 'Being able to hit precise shots from, into and around the green requires a full range of wedge choices that provide the player with the proper yardage gaps, turf performance and the ability to hit it close from the sand.'
And this is apparently what the new clubs offer the players who use them.
Earlier this month, Golf Monthly reported that Wilson Staff will be releasing an aerodynamic smooth driver and Di9 irons next February.
