CBD, short for Cannabidiol, is just one of more than 100 Cannabinoids found in hemp plants. The organic compound is entirely legal, and will not get you ‘high’ as commonly thought. One spray is 0.125ml = 5mg for 1200mg bottles, and 0.125ml = 2.1mg for 500mg CBD. The recommended daily serving is 0.5ml = 20mg for 1200mg bottles, and 8.4mg for 500mg bottles of CBD. Each bottle contains around 240 sprays.
