Linking your Club accounts – it’s simple!

If you have an instore Club card only

If you already have a plastic Club card from one of our stores, it’s easy to link to your online account. Simply go to the Log In tab at the top of the page online and enter your details in the ‘Create an Account section”. As long as your details (i.e. name, address, email etc) include details on your original instore Club account details, we’ll be able to automatically link the two accounts.

If when you try to create an account, it says you already have one, this may be because you have ordered online with us previously. You don’t need to take any further action, our systems will link your online and offline Club accounts automatically.

If you have an online Club account only

If you’ve previously set up a Club online account, or have shopped with us online and logged in, you can simply pick up a plastic Club card from any american golf store and we’ll link your two accounts. Simply ensure you fill in the sign up form instore with as much information as possible, including your email address and we can link your instore and online accounts automatically.

Please be aware in either circumstance that it may take up to 2 – 3 weeks for all your details to be linked. If you have any questions, please call our dedicated Club customer helpline on 0870 850 3064.

Coming soon – See all your Club transactions via your ‘My Account – Order History’ facility!

We’re excited to let you know that we’ll soon be able to show you all your american golf purchase transactions, both online AND instore, in your My Account – Order History section of the website (as long as you’re a Club member and your instore and online accounts are linked). This is still work in progress, but we just couldn’t wait to let you know, so watch this space!
