Flash Face Technology

To create even more ball speed engineers at Callaway Golf used an ultra-thin face cup which flexes at ball impact for improved ball speed performance.

Jailbreak Technology

This essentially changes the way the head and clubface behave at impact to deliver more ball speed and distance. Jailbreak is 2 strong titanium bars behind the face, parallel to each other and connected on either end to the crown and sole. The size, strength and location of each Jailbreak bar work together to reduce how much the crown and sole deflect, forcing the face to take on more of the load created at impact than ever before. This results in faster ball speeds across the entire face offering more consistent distances, even on miss-hits.

T2C Triaxial Carbon Crown

The crown is constructed with a new lighter triaxial carbon fabric called T2C which has a tighter weave. This saves weight compared to a traditional steel crown and then redistributes the weight to lower the CG location for added forgiveness and a controlled launch.

MIM’ed Tungsten Weighting

To improve trajectory and launch the club features a precisely shaped MIM’ed tungsten weight to optimises CG for launch and control, while an external MIM’ed weight precisely dials in the swing weight.

New OptiFit 3 Hosel

This lighter and shorter hosel design helps to reposition the CG weight lower and deeper in the head, to provide an easy launch for long towering distance. The adjustability of the hosel provides a range of different shot shaping and makes it much more easy to swap shafts.
