    Lie angle is a factor that affects the accuracy of golf shots. Golfers who use clubs whose lie angles don't fit their body types and/or golf swings are costing themselves strokes. Too upright and the heel strikes the turf first closing the clubface, while too flat and the toe makes contact first opening the clubface.

    An “off the shelf” club has a standard lie angle and you can usually choose between ½” or 1” increments upright or flat to custom fit the club to you.

Hollow Body Construction

The club head structure features a Hollow Body Construction, this provides more flex at point of impact, leading to higher launch, faster ball speeds, and importantly more distance.

Forged C300 Face

The club has a Forged C300 face, plasma welded to the body to create more flex, and further enhancing distance. This face technology allowed PING engineer's to reduce the lofts of each iron, without compromising the ball flight height or stopping power, this increases ball speed by 3mph on average compared to the i210 iron, for an extra 8 yards of distance.

Compact Profile & Stronger Lofts

This clean and compact profile will appeal to lower handicapper golfers, providing a highly forgiving but long distance performance iron, with stronger lofts to give you that Tour player performance.
