Golf Buddy Warranty information
1. If you believe your device to be faulty, please email email@example.com directly with the following information (OR alternatively call the American Golf hotline on 01204 329374):
a. Golf Buddy device (WTX, VTX, PT4, VOICEX etc.)
b. Serial Number of Device
c. Proof of Purchase (if device is within its two year warranty)
d. Any Supporting Pictures
e. Contact Details (telephone number/email address)
2. You will then receive troubleshooting instructions on how to fix the issue.
3. If troubleshooting does not work, a warranty form with a REK number will be sent to you – this number should be quoted in any correspondence so that we can easily provide sufficient support.
4. You will be asked to send the device to MotoCaddy via Royal Mail recorded delivery. A FREE Golf Glove worth £19.99 will be sent to you as a way of compensation. Alternatively Golf Buddy can arrange a collection from your address by providing a time slot and returns label for them.
5. Once received, it will be inspected, repaired or replaced accordingly.
6. Repaired/Replaced device will be sent out on a next working day courier.
Please note: Golf Buddy aim to respond to all initial enquires within 24 hours of first contact
a. Golf Buddy aim to complete all warranty claims within 7-days of collection
b. ALL the original accessories (charger cradle/cable/mounts) and packaging should be sent back with device. Failure to do so will result in the claim being rejected/delayed.
