These terms and conditions relate to the TaylorMade “Beat the Fitter” Competition in American Golf stores as advertised by American Golf. This Prize Draw is promoted by American Golf (Trading) Limited) for all new and existing American Golf Clubcard Members who successfully enter the competition. The competition, entries, and results are managed by American Golf (Trading) Limited. Please read the terms and conditions below which apply to this competition. By entering this competition, and providing your personal details (i.e. email address), you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any enquiries about the competition or associated terms and conditions should solely be directed to American Golf (Trading) Limited.
This promotion runs between 00:01 Tuesday 9th May to 23.59 Thursday 19th June 2023.
To enter the competition, a store staff member will complete the competition portal form with you in store. By providing your email address on the form, you will consent to be contacted should you be the winner.
Customer challenged to beat the American Golf fitter instore, with both fitter and participant using any Stealth2 Driver, Fairway & Hybrid. The straightest shot recorded on the stores launch monitor by either the customer or fitter, wins. Customer will hit 3 shots each with a Stealth 2 Driver, Fairway and a Hybrid club. The Fitter will hit one shot with each club. Successful entrants that beat the fitter will also be entered into a prize draw to win one of 20 TaylorMade Stealth 2 Drivers.
The winning shot must be hit a minimum distance of 100 yards to qualify for prize.
This competition is open to all New and Existing Club Card Members, who are aged 18 years old or over at the time of entry and are residents within the United Kingdom.
You may not enter and will not be entered into this competition if you are: (a) an employee, agent or supplier of American Golf or of its group companies; or (b) in any way professionally connected with this Promotion or its sponsorship or administration.
To be eligible to win the competition you must hold a valid American Golf Club Card. By completing the competition entry form, you accept that you will be signed up to an American Golf Clubcard should you not already have one.
There is a limit to one entry per individual. You will only be able to enter the competition once. Joint entries made on behalf of another person to this competition are not allowed. If you compete in the competition multiple times, only your first submission will count.
All participants in this promotion must agree for American Golf to share their personal data, as captured on the event portal, with TaylorMade and other departments in American Golf for the administration of this competition.
Any successful entrants per store to beat the fitter will win 1 TaylorMade TP5 or TP5X three golf ball sleeve free of charge, whilst stock lasts. Once stock in store runs out of the TP5/X golf ball prizes, customers may still participate for a chance to win one of the 20 TaylorMade Stealth 2 Drivers, however, will not win an instant gratification prize.
The fitter and consumer must follow all T&C’s of the promotion.
The prize draw will close at 23:59pm on Thursday 8th June 2023 and no entrants after this point will be counted.
A prize draw of all successful participants will select 20 winners at random to win a TaylorMade Stealth 2 Driver
The winner agrees to American Golf (Trading) using the winner’s name, photo or video in any marketing, advertising or publicity.
The winners will be selected at random from all participants entered and contacted within 28 days of the competition end date.
The winner will be contacted by American Golf via the email address attached to their American Golf club card.
American Golf reserves the right to choose other winners in the case of any of the original winners not replying to their prize within 7 days of being contacted.
Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
The promoter of this competition is American Golf (Trading) Limited, 1st Floor Westbrook House, Westbrook, Warrington, Cheshire, England WA5 8UH (Promoter). The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
