These terms and conditions related to the Titleist Limited-Edition Bag Promotion as advertised by American Golf.

  1. These terms and conditions related to the Titleist Limited-Edition Bag Promotion as advertised by American Golf
  2. The promotion is open to American Golf Clubcard holders aged 18 or over.
  3. Clubcard holders are responsible for their information and contact details being correct in order to be contacted if successful. Non-Clubcard holders can sign up on the day to be entered into the promotion.
  4. Promotion: Clubcard customers who purchases any 1 dozen pack of Titleist balls throughout the period of the promotion will be entered into a sweepstake to win 1 of 100 Limited Edition Bags.
  5. The promotion is not restricted to 1 entry per customer. Any customer who purchases Titleist balls multiple times throughout the promotional period will be entered each time they purchase.
  6. There is 1 Limited Edition bag per American Golf store and 4 for use across digital channels.
  7. The 4 prizes reserved for digital purposes will be split for use across all each digital channels.
  8. Competition runs between Monday 10th August and COB Sunday 6th September.
  9. The prize draw will close at 23:59pm on 6th September 2020 and no transactions past this point will be counted in the promotion.
  10. The winners will be selected at random from all qualifying transactions and contacted within 14 days of the competition end date.
  11. The winner will be contacted by American Golf via the email address attached to their American Golf club card.
  12. No American Golf colleague can enter into the promotion.
  13. All personal data will be processed in line with the American golf privacy policy which can be found at https://www.americangolf.co.uk/content/privacy-policy.html
  14. American Golf reserves the right to choose other winners in the case of any of the original winners not replying to their prize within 7 days of being contacted.
  15. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or product.
  16. Promotion may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
  17. The promoters of the promotion are Titleist and American Golf. The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
How do I track my order?

How do I return something?

We want to make shopping with us as easy as possible. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from the american golf website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If you choose to return your item(s) to one of our stores, please ensure that you take your confirmation email with you so that you receive the correct refund. Please note that orders paid for with PayPal or Amazon Pay, can only be returned in store for credit or exchange. Purchases made Online using Klarna can't be returned in-store and should be returned in line with the Returns Policy detailed here.

What happens if I miss the couriers when they deliver?

To make your orders as secure as possible, all of our deliveries require a signature (currently not applicable due to Covid). If you miss the delivery of your order, the courier will attempt to deliver it to a neighbour. If this cannot be done, the courier will leave you a card informing you that a delivery has been attempted, with information about what will happen next. The courier may try to redeliver or another day, or you may be given options to choose new delivery options.

I've made an error on my order - how do I change it?

If we have not begun processing your order for delivery, we are able to make changes to the products you have selected. Please contact our Aftersales team as soon as possible, between 9am and 5pm (GMT) on weekdays by calling 01925 939 999

If we have started processing your order for delivery, unfortunately we are unable to make changes prior to shipping.

How do I cancel my order?

If we have started processing your order for delivery, don’t worry. Our returns policy allows goods to be returned up to 30 days after you receive your order, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
