The ultimate waterproof trousers that are guaranteed to keep you dry no matter how how hard it rains. The incredible Alf GORE-TEX Waterproof Trousers are constructed with Gore Tex fabric that keeps out the rain, but remains breathable to allow excess heat and moisture to escape for superior comfort.

These fantastic waterproof trousers also features:

  • Back pocket with touch and close fasteners to keep your scorecard dry and legible
  • 2 front pockets with fleece lining for extra warmth
  • 100% polyester

Design

These waterproof trousers feature an adjustable elasticated waist, fly openening and large adjustable leg-end openings for easy and quick on and off. The bottom of the legs are equipped with CORDURA® fabric for extra abrasion resistance for enhanced durability. There are two front pockets with fleece lining for extra warmth and a back pocket with touch and close fasteners to keep your scorecard dry and legible.

GORE-TEX Technology

A water repellent outer fabric provides extra insulation and prevents liquid from soaking through the fabric, which would make the wearer experience the fabric as damp and sticky. In contrast to completely sealed fabric where moisture remains on the inside of the garment, which leads to you being wet and cold, this two-layered Gore-Tex fabric allows the release of condensation moisture, which keeps the garment lighter and thereby keeping you dry and warm.

The GORE-TEX® membrane contains over 1.4 billion microscopic pores per square cm. These pores are 20,000 times smaller than a water droplet, but 700 times larger than a water vapour molecule, which makes the GORE-TEX® membrane completely waterproof from the outside, while allowing moisture to escape from the inside.

Outer Protection // Shell Layer

Shell Layer garments are specially developed to provide maximum protection against rain and wind, and at the same time allow moisture and excess heat inside to escape.

Composition & Care

  • Machine wash at 40° or less on gentle cycle.
    Garment may be machine laundered only on the setting designed for gentle agitation and/or reduced time for delicate items.
  • Do not bleach.
    Only a non-chlorine, color-safe bleach may be used in the laundering process. Chlorine bleach may not be used.
  • Tumble dry at normal temperature.
    A machine dryer may be regularly used at a maximum of Medium Heat setting.
  • Iron at maximum temperature of 150°C.
    Regular ironing, steam or dry, may be performed at Medium setting (150C, 300F).
  • Dry clean with tetrachloroethylene only.
    Any dry cleaning solvent other than trichloroethylene may be safely used.
