Tiger’s Resurgence Roars On

Tiger Woods is back on top, is looking good and feels his rise back to the top of the World Golf Rankings will be solidified when he wins a 15th Major Championship.

A resurgent Woods won for the third time in 2013 on Monday when he swept aside the opposition to claim victory at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, a result good enough to see him pass by Rory McIlroy and into the world No.1 spot for the first time since October 2010.

Rory McIlroy could reclaim the top spot back before The Masters on 11th April but with Tiger in such ferocious form and in the midst of his best run since a knee injury and recurring problems in his personal life, it’s looking ever more likely he’ll be favourite for the Green Jacket at Augusta for the fifth time.
