Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions related to the Valentines promotion as advertised by American Golf.
2. The competition is open to American Golf Clubcard holders aged 18 and over. Non-Clubcard holders can sign up on the day to enter.
3. Clubcard must be scanned in the transaction where the shoes are purchased to be entered.
4. Competition entries will be accepted within American Golf stores upon purchasing any pair of full priced shoes throughout the 13th February – 17th February promotional period.
5. Every customer purchasing any pair of full priced shoes throughout this promotional period will be entered into a draw to win the value of the product purchased back on an American Golf gift card.
6. Competition runs from 13th February - COB 17th February 2019.
7. The prize draw will close at 23:59pm on 17th February 2019 and no transactions past this point will be counted.
8. Customers can only be entered once.
9. If multiple pairs of shoes are purchased on the winning transaction, the cheapest item will be refunded.
10. The winner will be contacted by American Golf via the email address attached to their American Golf club card.
11. All personal data will be processed in line with the American golf privacy policy which can be found at https://www.americangolf.co.uk/content/privacy-policy.html
12. American Golf reserves the right to choose other winners in the case of any of the original winners not replying to their prize within 14 days of being contacted.
13. The promoters of the competition are American Golf. The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
