Titleist believe the new TS2 and TS3 drivers are the company’s fastest and longest yet – and by a distance. We put this claim to the test
WITB: Patrick Cantlay - Shriners Hospitals Open for Children
Cantlay is a Titleist staff player and has a mix of the old and new in the bag.
He uses the latest driver – the 917 D2 – but like Jordan Spieth, he still plays the 915 3-wood.
Most interestingly he’s still on the 714 irons – yes we’re now on the 718 models so he’s two iterations behind.
And we have a mix of the Vokey SM5 and SM6 wedges in the bag – the new SM7 models were actually being seeded for the first time at the Las Vegas event.
He uses a tour-issue Scotty Cameron putter and plays the Pro V1x ball.
