Callaway Golf has removed the plating on the face, which allows for more rusting over time. Removing the plating enables a more direct connection between the ball and the face at impact, providing more friction to improve spin. So unlike other wedges that lose their premium look, the rest of the club head retains its premium finish.

Offset Groove-in-Groove Technology, which positions the milled micro-grooves at a 20° angle to promote added spin on chips, pitches, and lob shots.
